In the mid 90's SWGR embraced an opportunity to utilise its experience and skills in the provision of quality personnel
to the rail industry. The company has developed a management and supply strategy that enables it to deliver the
skills and certification that are a pre-requisite of operating on the UK railway infrastructure. SWGR set its sights on
being a reliable, competent and safety conscious main contractor and sub contractor in the rail sector. The company
has developed a work and safety ethic which is beneficial to our clients and our employees and ensures that;
`if work cannot be done safely it will not be undertaken'.
SWGR
provides all the trades and PTS certified resources that are required to work on the rail infrastructure, from a
Basic Trackman to a Project Manager. Our large pool of rail certified resources is maintained in a condition that is
designed to meet and exceed our client's needs.
